Terms & Conditions


MyCuddle reserves the right to make changes to this website, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable, and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.


MyCuddle takes seriously and respects the confidentiality of customers. The appropriate measures have been taken to ensure that your personal information is respected and kept confidential. The personal information, collected from you, is used solely for your transactions with MyCuddle and is never shared with other organizations.

MyCuddle is the owner of the information submitted and stored on this website. We will not disclose any of your personal information to any third parties. We will not use this information in any other ways than those outlined in this statement. No credit card number is stored in the system. Your credit card details will be passed to the payment gateway as soon as it has been collected.


MyCuddle wants to ensure that all of our customers can shop with complete confidence online. Our e­commerce website uses PayPal system to ensure your shopping experience is safe, sound and secure at all times.


According to the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 1997 on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts, a consumer who has signed the contract at a distance, has the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days.

This “cooling off” period expires 14 days after the day the client received goods. However, if this period expires on a non-working day, the deadline is extended till the next working day.

This law regards the sale to a private individual, who is not purchasing products because of his/her professional or commercial activity.

Client should inform MyCuddle of his/her decision to withdraw from the purchase. Client can do this by adding a written statement to the goods that he/she is returning by post, or by sending a fax or an e-mail. Client can also use a model withdrawal form attached to the package.

Client should send the product back to the address of MyCuddle at its own expense.

Return of the product will be accepted if the product is intact, without any signs of using.

MyCuddle is obligated to give the client a refund within 14 days from receipt of client’s withdrawal notification, but MyCuddle can delay refunding if it has not received the product back or an evidence that the client have sent it back. This refund includes any shipping charges that the client paid while making a purchase. However, MyCuddle may charge additional delivery cost if the client specifically requested non-standard (express) delivery. In this case, the client will have to pay the cost of returning goods to MyCuddle. Important information: during 14 days MyCuddle and its client have to follow a procedure – if the product is intact, MyCuddle will prepare a corrective invoice. MyCuddle will send an original and a copy of the corrective invoice to the client by a priority mail. Client have to send signed copy of the corrective invoice to MyCuddle. When MyCuddle receives it, the refund will be send.


If an item turns out to be faulty or does not look or work as advertised, according to the EU law, the seller must repair or replace it free of charge or give a full refund or reduction in price. Client will be able to ask for a full or partial refund only when it is not possible or convenient to repair or replace the item.
Client might not be entitled to a refund if the problem is minor.

The two-year guarantee period starts as soon as the client receives the goods. Client has to inform the seller of the fault within two months of discovering it otherwise the client may lose his/her right to the guarantee.
Within six months from receipt of the goods, the client needs to show the trader that they are faulty or not as advertised. But, after six months, the client also needs to prove that the defect already existed on receipt of the goods, for example, by showing that the defect is due to the poor quality of materials used.


Delivery of items via Italian Post or courier usually takes between five and ten working days (in Europe). Please provide accurate address details when placing an order.

All pricing on The MyCuddle website is in Euro (EUR) and includes VAT. We reserves the right to change prices without notice. Prices don’t include the cost of shipping.


From time to time, things will be out of stock. If this happens, we will be in contact and immediately notify you of this. You will be given the opportunity to cancel your order or choose an alternate product.
